Bridget and Kim were truly amazing to work with. From picking up packages that were mistakenly delivered to the house and returning them to Amazon, to securing a letter from the city so the bank could approve the buyer, they consistently went above and beyond. They genuinely went the extra mile to get the house sold in a short amount of time. Even though I'm no longer in the Milwaukee area, I still have friends there and would recommend them again and again, whether for buying or selling. And if I ever find my way back, they will be the first people I call for support.

Bridget and Kim were very helpful as we navigated through the process of buying and selling a home. They communicated with us regularly and were easy to get a hold of if we had questions. As we haven't bought or sold a home in 31 years we definitely needed the help and guidance. We're very pleased with how everything worked out.

Bridget & Kim were a fantastic team that helped us buy a fantastic house! Kim was attentive, personable, and extremely helpful in managing the many, many documents that are needed to buy a home. Kim also went above & beyond by meeting us to tour homes in the couple times that Bridget was unavailable. As for Bridget, Real estate agent is not an adequate description of the many jobs that Bridget does, all of which she does exceptionally well. All in a day's work, she is a Professor of Structural Engineering, an interior design consultant, a market analyst, an expert negotiator, a life coach (only if needed) - and most of all, a sharp, trustworthy advisor with exceptional attention to detail. Headed into our first homebuying process, we knew next to nothing - but thanks to Bridget, we were able to buy a great house while learning an enormous amount from Bridget's expertise. We're so thankful for all of her hard work & would recommend her to anyone we know!

Working with the Bailey Team has been a wonderful experience. Bridget has been wonderful and so accommodating with setting up appointments whenever requested and on short notice. Her knowledge at pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of particular properties has been very helpful. Kim has been very helpful in explaining and walking me through the closing documents and Mary Katherine has been great with ideas for updating the property. It has been a pleasure working with them and I would highly recommend them.

We have bought and sold several homes and as a result when it came time to choose an agent for this transaction we did a lot of internet research. We found the Shorewest and Bailey Team websites easy to maneuver and informative. We then set up an interview with Bridget Bailey Behren. MK, the team's stager, also came. They gave an informative presentation and were very cordial. When asked why we should choose to work with them Bridget responded without hesitation, 'Because we care.' We chose them and are very glad we did. They continued to show us that they cared. We liked that they are a team and they worked well together as a single unit. We always felt that they were acting 100% as our sellers agent. They kept us well informed, were always prompt in responding to us, and worked with us on inspection issues that needed to be addressed. Bridget demonstrated an excellent ability to negotiate and Kim, the transaction person of the team, was very knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up with multiple viewings in 2 days and 4 offers above our asking price which was not a low ball price. The team continued to work to make sure the sale closed smoothly.

We had a great experience with Bridget and Kim! We had a buyer back out, but the Bailey team moved forward with a solid plan and strategy, and we sold shortly after. Their recommendations for improvements were great, and their staging was excellent, making the house stand out and look amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone selling or buying a house. They are experts in Whitefish Bay and the North Shore area, with a magnitude of experience.
