The Bailey Team - CSRS

We have bought and sold several homes and as a result when it came time to choose an agent for this transaction we did a lot of internet research. We found the Shorewest and Bailey Team websites easy to maneuver and informative. We then set up an interview with Bridget Bailey Behren. MK, the team's stager, also came. They gave an informative presentation and were very cordial. When asked why we should choose to work with them Bridget responded without hesitation, 'Because we care.' We chose them and are very glad we did. They continued to show us that they cared. We liked that they are a team and they worked well together as a single unit. We always felt that they were acting 100% as our sellers agent. They kept us well informed, were always prompt in responding to us, and worked with us on inspection issues that needed to be addressed. Bridget demonstrated an excellent ability to negotiate and Kim, the transaction person of the team, was very knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up with multiple viewings in 2 days and 4 offers above our asking price which was not a low ball price. The team continued to work to make sure the sale closed smoothly.

We had a great experience with Bridget and Kim! We had a buyer back out, but the Bailey team moved forward with a solid plan and strategy, and we sold shortly after. Their recommendations for improvements were great, and their staging was excellent, making the house stand out and look amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone selling or buying a house. Phillip Bailey was our realtor for our first-time homebuyer's experience and I could not have been more pleased with our overall experience. Phillip helped us narrow our scope and figure out what type of home we really liked best, then was incredibly patient with us as we waited for the right home in the right location to hit the market. Over the months a few good candidates came on the market, and when it was time to put in our first offer, Phillip was agile, accurate, and effective in drafting the documentation and getting it over to us to sign. Though we lost a few of our initial bids, Phillip used the experiences as lessons learned for the future and helped educate us on the current market, which eventually led to us landing a property that will be a very good fit for us and our family going into the future.
