My experience with buying a house through Bridget and the Bailey team was superb. Bridget was so professional, friendly, available, and just overall amazing. I could write paragraphs lauding her but will summarize by saying I grew to trust her nearly instantly and was so appreciative of how she made me feel empowered and supported during a challenging time to buy.

This team is amazing!!! White clove treatment from start to finish. Selling a house can be a very stressful time, Bridget and her team were absolutely wonderful. After the pictures and video of the house were shared, I could not believe that I was looking at my house. Their staging expertise is off the charts. Phillip Bailey was our realtor for our first-time homebuyer's experience and I could not have been more pleased with our overall experience. Phillip helped us narrow our scope and figure out what type of home we really liked best, then was incredibly patient with us as we waited for the right home in the right location to hit the market. Over the months a few good candidates came on the market, and when it was time to put in our first offer, Phillip was agile, accurate, and effective in drafting the documentation and getting it over to us to sign. Though we lost a few of our initial bids, Phillip used the experiences as lessons learned for the future and helped educate us on the current market, which eventually led to us landing a property that will be a very good fit for us and our family going into the future. When we go to sell our house, or buy a new property, Phillip and the Bailey Team will be the first people we call.

I was beyond fortunate to have the Bailey Team leading me through my entire home purchasing process. From day one, I had complete confidence in Bridget's expertise. When starting this search, I had some visions of what my dream first home would look like and where it would be located. But shortly after we started looking, it became very evident to Bridget that I actually had no idea where I wanted to live or what I wanted in a home/property. Bridget's relatable and easy-going personality made me comfortable opening up on a personal level which helped her best understand my needs and what I was actually in search of. By no means is this an easy task for anyone but, she made it her mission to find my perfect first home. Bridget spent countless hours walking through more than 100 homes with me starting in Whitefish Bay, going as far north as Grafton, and as far west as Hartford. She would take my feedback from each home we viewed to better personalize our search as it continued. I cannot fully express how committed Bridget was to finding my perfect home. I took comfort in knowing that it was 'our search' not just 'my search'. Without question, she turned this very stressful and daunting process into a fun and exciting one! From time to time, homes did not have all the bells and whistles I was looking for. But without fail, Bridget had exceptional ideas for what a place could be. On the spot, she could describe her visions (or pull up an example if I couldn't picture it). It was even more impressive that she could estimate with incredible accuracy what I would need to spend to implement these changes. These estimates were tremendously helpful as I wanted to incorporate these improvements into my total purchase cost. Not only did Bridget perfectly depict the changes I wanted to make but, she provided fabulous contractors that could deliver each project. With her help and these connections, I was able to have six relatively significant projects completed within the same week I closed! At one point during the search process, I needed a break. Bridget was incredibly understanding and supportive while giving me the space I needed to clear my head. As soon as I was ready to start searching again, she was excited to jump right back in with me! In this competitive market, it felt like time was often of the essence when we wanted to make offers on homes. Fear not, the Bailey Team was always ready to hop into action at a moment's notice. Bridget would call on her amazing teammates to pull comps, thoroughly review inspection details, and draft offer letters at all hours of the day. I truly could not have asked for anything more from Bridget and the entire Bailey Team! I am almost two months into my new home, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I am so grateful for all of Bridget's help spanning from our first day of showings through weeks after my closing. Although I have no intensions of moving anytime soon, I am excited to work with Bridget again when that time comes!
