






Take time to enjoy the last weeks of summer with one of Wisconsin’s favorite summer-time treats — custard. According to the FDA, custard must contain at least 10% butterfat and 1.4% egg yolks. That’s right — egg yolks. It’s one of the things that differentiate ice creams from custard. The other thing that makes them different is custard doesn’t have much air in it, creating a unique and enjoyable texture.
