Bridget and Kim were very helpful as we navigated through the process of buying and selling a home. They communicated with us regularly and were easy to get a hold of if we had questions. As we haven't bought or sold a home in 31 years we definitely needed the help and guidance. We're very pleased with how everything worked out.

Working with the Bailey Team has been a wonderful experience. Bridget has been wonderful and so accommodating with setting up appointments whenever requested and on short notice. Her knowledge at pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of particular properties has been very helpful. Kim has been very helpful in explaining and walking me through the closing documents and Mary Katherine has been great with ideas for updating the property. It has been a pleasure working with them and I would highly recommend them.

Phillip Bailey was our realtor for our first-time homebuyer's experience and I could not have been more pleased with our overall experience. Phillip helped us narrow our scope and figure out what type of home we really liked best, then was incredibly patient with us as we waited for the right home in the right location to hit the market. Over the months a few good candidates came on the market, and when it was time to put in our first offer, Phillip was agile, accurate, and effective in drafting the documentation and getting it over to us to sign. Though we lost a few of our initial bids, Phillip used the experiences as lessons learned for the future and helped educate us on the current market, which eventually led to us landing a property that will be a very good fit for us and our family going into the future.
